We accept payment in the form of cash, check, and credit card (Discover, Mastercard, and Visa) with payment due at the time services are rendered. Because we are deeply committed to providing quality clinical care, SCW Psychological has electronic payment procedures in place to process payment following your appointment which allows us to focus on quality clinical care while preserving the clinical time you deserve.

Cancellation Policy
Once we decide to work together and an appointment is scheduled, SCW Psychological reserves this time specifically for you. If you fail to cancel a scheduled appointment, we cannot use this time for another client and you will be billed for the entire cost of your missed appointment. A full session fee is charged for missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
